Paying deposits.
A Security deposit is required prior to occupation. This is normally equivalent to one months rent. This is to cover any breakages, damages or other tenant liabilities. If we are managing the property, we hold the deposit in a separate client account until the end of the tenancy.
Administration/Agency Fees
A fee is due to us prior to the tenancy to cover your share of administration costs, including preparation of the tenancy agreement and legal notices, referencing, credit checks and check in and check out. Where independent Inventory Agent is used, there may be a fee for the Inventory Agent for the check-in.
